Many keto friendly ice creams rely on artificial flavors and sweeteners. Nubocha uses allulose, found naturally in foods like raisins, figs, and maple syrup to sweeten our keto gelato. Allulose registers so low on the glycemic index that it doesn’t count as added sugar, and is safe for sugar-free, low-sugar, and low-carb diets.
What’s more, with whole nuts ground to a creamy smooth consistency, our keto gelato will give you all the enjoyment of a classically made Italian gelato, with protein, whole ingredients, and low carbs.
We calculate our Net Carbs by subtracting the allulose and fiber from the total carbs. Since allulose is not an added sugar, it does not appear on the nutritional label.
