Nubocha is the only gelato made with allulose – a rare sugar found in figs and maple syrup. It’s so low on the glycemic index that your body won’t recognize it as a carb, so it won’t spike your blood sugar. It's the perfect partner for our keto treat.

Eliminating dairy from a gelato recipe has tremendous health benefits for both vegans and lactose-intolerant or dairy-allergic people, so they don’t have to worry about the negative side effects of delicious desserts.
Also, these vegan treats are incredibly low in calories, carbs and sugar--we don’t rely on sugar for great flavor. Our ingredients are carefully sourced and selected, and the base for our gelato is nuts or cacao, allulose (a natural low-calorie sweetener), and pure spring water. Plus, all our ingredients are non-GMO.
